New Cloverleaf, Enthusiastic Teams, Great Start: First Tournament Hosted on New Fields A Success
VERO BEACH, Fla.— Vero Beach Sports Village held the first event on its new youth baseball/softball fields this past weekend when it hosted 10 teams for a Florida Premier Sports/USSSA sanctioned tournament.
The tournament brought in teams from across the state including Brevard Thunder Baseball, CBC RiverHawks, Pompano Piranhas, Suntree Slammer, St. Lucie Mets, Treasure Coast Young Guns, Coral Springs Inferno, Team Easton, Team Worth and Team Florida. MORE
New Fields Underway at Vero Beach Sports Village
VBSV is in the process of converting a small half-sized baseball field into a full 110yd x 150yd multi-sport field that will cater to lacrosse, football, soccer and rugby.The field is estimated to be completed in approximately two months.
